2. AJ Hoggard finishes with a double-double

All the way back in early January in the first meeting between these two teams, AJ Hoggard played just 21 minutes and finished with 10 points and four assists. He's going to show up in an even bigger way on Wednesday night after one of the best games of his career.

In his last outing, Hoggard had 23 points and five assists but also zero turnovers. That was the most impressive portion of his stat line outside of the 12-for-13 from the line.

Now that he's getting his confidence back, Hoggard is ready to shine and lead this team on the road where it has struggled mightily this season. The Spartans have just one win on the road this year and it'll be up to the senior point guard to make sure that becomes two on Wednesday.

He'll do just that with a double-double, his second of the season and first since Dec. 21.

Hoggard will score 14 points to go along with a season-high 11 assists with just two turnovers. He's going to have his best overall game of the year with a couple of steals as well. Oh, and maybe he'll even hit a clutch three for a second straight game.
