1. Michigan State finally picks up a road win

It's truly hard to believe that Michigan State hasn't won a game on the road nor out of the state of Michigan so far this season. That's right, the Spartans have won a single game outside of the Breslin Center, beating a top-10 Baylor team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. Other than that, the Spartans have 10 home wins.

The last two road games were disappointing as the Spartans lost by three to Illinois without Terrence Shannon Jr. and by 14 to Northwestern after giving up a big run in the first half.

Before that, it was Nebraska that overcame a halftime deficit to hand the Spartans a road loss.

Michigan State needs to make a statement away from home in order to add to that NCAA Tournament resume and it'll do just that on Sunday afternoon. The Spartans are going to pick up a big win over Maryland to improve to .500 in conference play.

Big games from Malik Hall and Tyson Walker will lead to a 74-69 win in College Park.
