Aidan Chiles is very confident moving forward.

Michigan State football is beginning to click on all cylinders as the Spartans have now put together two complete games in a row after a dominant 40-0 win against Prairie View A&M. Don’t get me wrong, I know who their opponent was on Saturday, but MSU deserves credit for doing what they should do to a team like that.

However, with how good Jonathan Smith’s team has looked already this season there’s no denying that there is another gear they can still hit. There are still many mistakes made each game with most of them being fairly easy to correct.

Quarterback Aidan Chiles senses that as well. He knows how solid Michigan State has been this season, but shared after their win on Saturday that he thinks they can be much better still.

"I think we’re a dangerous team, but I don’t think people have seen quite how dangerous we are yet."

Chiles continued.

"I feel like we have room to improve, we had a couple self-inflicted wounds, but we did good today."

Thankfully for Chiles and Michigan State they’re going to have a chance to show the country once again how good they are. The Spartans went to Maryland just last week as near double digit underdogs and brought a huge win home to East Lansing. MSU has a chance to do the same thing again as they travel to Boston College who opened as a 7.5-point favorite over Michigan State.

I’m confident in MSU’s defense heading into this game as I think Boston College doesn’t pose as much of a threat on offense as Maryland did, but the Eagles' defense is a different story. They will be the strongest defense Michigan State will see yet this season, so they will have their work cut out for them.

But I don’t think Chiles wants it any other way. He, and the rest of the team, have a chance to prove how dangerous they are, and a 4-0 start to the season would more than prove that.
