1. Aidan Chiles

Quarterback is the most important position in sports and the Spartans haven't had consistent quarterback play since the early years of Brian Lewerke.

Aidan Chiles has consistently been ranked as a top 10 quarterback transfer and for good reason. He's a freakish athlete that can freeze linebackers with his ability to run while still being able to throw downfield.

As previously mentioned, he'll hit the ground running already being familiar with Brian Lindgren's system as well as bringing in Jack Velling with him from Oregon State. Michigan State fans have been starved of offense for so long and Chiles is the 32-ounce steak on which Spartan fans can't wait to feast.

If this team is going to lose 4-6 games, at least make those losses entertaining by scoring points, the complete opposite of last year. Everything is shaping up for Chiles to be the guy we've all been looking for both ability and leadership.
