With only one drafted player in 2024 (huge congratulations to Nick Samac on achieving his dream), Michigan State football looks to return to order and produce NFL-level talent on a consistent basis.

Anyone who thought Ameer Speed was a NFL draft pick clearly didn't watch the Spartans' 2022 season. But new head coach Jonathan Smith had three of his players from Oregon State get drafted, including offensive tackle Taliese Fuaga in the first round. While Dallas Fincher didn't make this list, he has plenty of potential to shine this season combined with is ability to play anywhere along the interior line makes him one to keep an eye on.

Here are three players on the offensive side of the ball who could get drafted around this time next year.

1. Brandon Baldwin, OT

With NFL size (6-foot-7, 327 pounds), Brandon Baldwin is poised to have a big season with the Spartans. He started 10 games last year, providing stability in a season that had very little.

We all agree that Jay Johnson's offensive scheme was a disaster if you didn't have an NFL talent at running back who could cover up the shortcomings of the difficult and head-scratching blocking schemes. New offensive line coach Jim Michalczik is regarded as one of the best in the country and should provide the proper coaching to help Baldwin and the other talented offensive linemen to succeed.

With Baldwin anchoring the tackle position along with transfer center Tanner Miller and tackle Luke Newman, the offensive line has all the makings to be one of the best in the Big Ten in 2024.
