2. Malik Hall records a double-double

I feel like I've made this prediction a few times this season but there's something about this matchup that just screams double-double for Malik Hall.

The senior forward had 12 points and four rebounds in the only matchup with Purdue this season but he's coming off his fewest minutes played since mid-December against Stony Brook because of foul trouble against Minnesota. He picked up two early fouls on Thursday afternoon and then got his third in the first minute of the second half. It didn't take long for him to get trucked by Dawson Garcia and somehow pick up a fourth later in the half when he came back in.

So it's safe to say that Hall is pretty well-rested heading into Friday's game against the best team in the Big Ten. He's been the Spartans' best player this season and I think he'll prove that after basically being shut down by the refs on Thursday.

Hall will finish with 15 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Spartans offensively.
