It's been two months since Tom Izzo's Spartans have lost a game and for the first time in program history, he led them to an undefeated December and January. Quite the impressive feat.

But Saturday's Michigan State vs. USC game will be one of those tricky ones to predict.

The Spartans are favored heading into the game but that was to be expected from a team that's won 13 straight against one that's in the middle of the pack in the Big Ten. USC, however, has been playing much better since the start of the season, beating Illinois and Nebraska on the road in recent weeks.

USC is no longer a "pushover" in the Big Ten, ranking just inside the top 75 in the NET which means this is an opportunity for a Quad 1 win for the Spartans.

Will Michigan State make it 14 in a row on Saturday and improve to 10-0 in the Big Ten?

Let's take a look at the latest odds, as of Saturday afternoon, according to DraftKings.

Line: Michigan State -4
Over/Under: 149.5
Moneyline: Michigan State -198 | USC +164

Vegas believes this is going to be a tight game. The line opened up at 5.5 in favor of the Spartans and has been slowly creeping back down. Michigan State should win this game, but I do agree that it'll be tighter than fans are used to seeing over the past two months.

Jaxon Kohler has his best game of the season as the Spartans take control late to beat the Trojans and improve to 10-0 in the Big Ten.

Prediction: Michigan State 80, USC 73
