Friday is another big day for college basketball fans and it'll be capped off with the Michigan State vs. Bryant game at about 10 p.m. ET.

The Spartans head into this game coming off a Big Ten Tournament semifinal loss to Wisconsin in a game that they probably should have won and Bryant cruised to an America East title. Both teams have some momentum as Michigan State also won eight straight Quad 1 games heading into the Big Ten Tournament semifinal loss and Bryant has been red-hot after a slow start to the year.

Michigan State hasn't made it past the Sweet 16 since 2019 and this is Tom Izzo's best team since. If there's going to be a team that makes a run in the NCAA Tournament under Izzo, it's this one.

But Bryant isn't going to be a cakewalk. The America East champion scores a lot of points and has a star guard who could cause some problems for Michigan State's defense.

Let's take a look at what Vegas thinks about this game, according to DraftKings.

Line: Michigan State -16.5
Over/Under: 152.5
Moneyline: Michigan State -2100 | Bryant +1100

The line is going more in Bryant's favor today as it opened at 18.5 points in favor of the Spartans so it looks like bettors are thinking this may be a closer game than Vegas thinks.

What do I think?

Michigan State is going to come out a little sluggish before getting hot right before halftime and carrying that momentum into the second half, much like its theme this season. This will be uncomfortable early, but Michigan State will pull away.

Final score: Michigan State 78, Bryant 62
