Michigan State football announced a new YouTube series this season with the creative team knocking yet another project out of the park with an inside look into the program.

As you know, the creative team has been great all offseason long with videos, and they came up with the idea to release bi-weekly updates on Michigan State from inside the program. The Spartans are featured in the 'This is State' series which posted its first video about a month ago.

Four weeks ago, the first video came out from the end of fall camp, and we got to meet some team managers and kind of get a look at how things run from day to day.

The second video came after a win over Boston College, so you know the vibes from that one were sky-high. Everyone was buying Aidan Chiles and Michigan State stock after that win.

While this week's video comes after a USC loss, it profiles Aidan Chiles and tells the story of how he is as a competitor behind the scenes. It's clear that he has a much more mature mindset this season, and he's ready to lead the team as a junior captain.

Jon Boyer also talked about his quarterback. Just a really good episode this week about QB1.

The video also featured a behind-the-scenes look at academics. Director of Academic Services and Head Football Academic Coordinator Mandy Chandler talked about her relationship with the team during her time in East Lansing. I think this behind-the-scenes look does a good job of reminding fans that these aren't just football players, they're student-athletes.

This was the best episode yet, and I think the creative team deserves all the awards (and raises).
