Latest Michigan State basketball video proves that Coen Carr isn't human

Another day, another moment proving that Coen Carr is not from this planet.

I know we are on to Week 1 for football, and most fans' attention is there. I get it. However, Michigan State basketball shared a video on Monday that will certainly draw some attention back its way for a bit.

The subject? Vertical jump testing.

The result? More proof that Coen Carr is not human.

If you don’t believe me, check out the clip below (Coen is the first player to go).

Upon first glance, I noticed that he jumped probably the highest of everyone. Not that surprising because we know Carr is an athletic freak. The rest of the video does show some eye-popping results from other players, too. Trey Fort, Carson Cooper, and others nearly jumping out of their shoes was certainly impressive.

Then you go back and re-watch it. Finally then I realized that for Coen’s turn, they put the vertec on a platform box to make it even taller. And assumably more fair for the rest of the team in the competition. He still had probably the highest of the group.

Yes, again. He just did that. Carr's athleticism has been well-documented, but even for him, this is pretty impressive. MSU Twitter has been sharing their thoughts, and it appears they agree.

Yes, I know this week is and will be dedicated to football, but don’t forget that basketball season is right around the corner as well. Soon the Breslin will be rocking and hopefully hosting more insane feats of athleticism for us to marvel at. Also, let’s not forget, Coen Carr is not human.

Go Green.
