Kur Teng: N/A

I expected Kur Teng to be the freshman who played the most this season but Jase Richardson took over that role. It feels like Teng should have been redshirted a-la Jesse McColloch but he has a high ceiling and a jumper that could change games. I'm expecting big things from him next year.

Gehrig Normand: N/A

Like Teng, we haven't seen much of Gehrig Normand this year. He's averaging just 2.3 minutes per game and has played in just nine contests but he's shown some flashes. I like him playing a larger role next season as a 3-point specialist.

Nick Sanders: N/A

I want to give Nick Sanders a grade because he's been fun to watch as far as walk-ons go and he's hit his first career shots with the green and white this year. We'll give him an honorary A because he's living up to the victory cigar hype and his dad played for the Lions and we all want to see a Lions Super Bowl. Go Lions. Go Nick.

Tom Izzo: A

This may be his best coaching job in years and that's really saying something. He has his team ready to play each time out and there have been only a couple of instances where it looked like the Spartans weren't ready for the opponent and then they quickly adjust. Izzo has coached his team to wins coming from behind and they've also come out swinging, taking double-digit leads into the locker room on a regular basis. Izzo has found his love for coaching again and this team has really brought the best out of him.
