For the second time in his college career, Bai Jobe is entering the transfer portal. That's right, the former Michigan State football defensive end is looking for his third home in three years.

On Sunday, Jobe announced he would be entering the transfer portal for a second straight offseason and after spending just one season at Kansas under Lance Leipold.

Jobe was the highest-ranked commit in the Mel Tucker era, ranked No. 56 in the 2023 class. He was also the No. 9 edge rusher, according to 247Sports.

It was a busy weekend for ex-Tucker recruits as Jobe hit the transfer portal after recording nine tackles with Kansas in seven games and David Stone hit the market, too. In case you don't remember Stone, he was one of the most polarizing recruits from the Tucker era and he nearly picked Michigan State as a five-star recruit, but he ended up at Oklahoma. This was after he called East Lansing home and said Oklahoma was just where he was from. Interesting move.

Stone has since withdrawn his name from the portal after "much discussion" and will be headed back to Norman to play for the Sooners next season.

Jobe, on the other hand, is looking to catch on somewhere after two underwhelming years as a former top-60 recruit. He came in with fellow four-star Andrew Depaepe who also hit the transfer portal last offseason who ended up at Indiana.

It's interesting to see these former Tucker commits hit the portal at a high rate and they're also leaving East Lansing, too, like Dillon Tatum on Monday afternoon.

We'll have a former Tucker recruit tracker here soon.
