The 2025 Moneyball Pro-Am is officially in the books, and some Michigan State stars stood out, like they usually do at the event. One Spartan, Coen Carr, led the entire Pro-Am in scoring, playing in nine games and putting up absurd numbers.

The Co-MVP of this year's Moneyball Pro-Am led the entire event, averaging over 40 points per game. That's right, he scored over 350 total points in nine games.

Moneyball shared the official numbers on their website.

Carr averaged 41.6 points during the Pro-Am, and while you can't put too much stock into Moneyball because there's very little defense being played, I can assure you that he wasn't just scoring on dunks. No, Carr was putting up numbers from all areas of the court. Yes, he had his fair share of highlight throw-downs, but he also averaged nearly three 3-pointers per game.

No, that's not a typo, Carr was making about 2.8 threes every game, showing that he can knock down those long-range shots and he's getting more comfortable taking them.

Carr was also one of three Spartans who had at least one 50-point outing at Moneyball, joining incoming transfer Trey Fort as well as Jaxon Kohler. The three of them should cause plenty of problems for opposing defenses this season.

Again, Moneyball is a glorified open gym with less defense, so the points per game numbers are elevated for that reason, but Carr's dominance can't be overlooked.

If he can hit that jumper consistently like he did at Moneyball, though, Carr is going to be even more special than he already is. Magic Johnson echoed that same sentiment earlier this week, saying that Carr is a 15-foot jumper away from being the best player in the country.

I'm hoarding Coen Carr stock as we speak.
