No. 13 Michigan State was able to edge out No. 8 Purdue on the Boilermakers home court Thursday night as the regular season is quickly coming to an end. After a rough patch, the Spartans seem to have gotten back on track and are finishing Big Ten play strong.

The hard-fought matchup between the Spartans and Boilermakers was highlighted by numerous amazing plays, many of them by Michigan State's Coen Carr, who threw down two crazy dunks against Purdue. After the game, CBS Sports basketball analyst Matt Norlander couldn't say enough about Carr's dunking ability.

"He [Coen Carr] is the best in-game dunker in all of basketball," Norlander said.

Norlander even took it one step further, joking that even if Carr is still at Michigan State next season, an exception needs to be made to let him compete in the NBA Dunk Contest next year. While it seemed like a joke, it feels like Carr could compete pretty well with the pros there.

Carr was the spark plug for Michigan State against Purdue, and both dunks really helped elevate the Spartans' play on the court. Norlander couldn't stop raving about Carr and what he meant in that against Purdue for Michigan State.

One amazing dunk is great, but two is something that makes a highlight reel. Carr certainly made his presence around the rim known as he had not just one great dunk, but two, one in each half. His first one came on a great pass from Jeremy Fears Jr., who was driving to the basket, and made the dump pass to Carr, who made the defender pay for getting in his way as he slammed it down.

The second dunk had a little more style to it as Carr was running on a fast break and received a flip pass from Kur Teng, and Carr went to work. From the Big Ten logo in the paint, Carr put up a resounding windmill dunk that silenced the entire arena.

If Carr was considering heading to the league after this season, he has two amazing plays to add to his highlight reel.
