2. Jeremy Fears Jr. records second double-double

For the first time in his career, Jeremy Fears Jr. recorded a double-double earlier this month against Washington. The redshirt freshman point guard finished with 12 points and a season-high 10 assists. He has been much more efficient as of late and he actually hasn't had less than six assists in a game since Dec. 17 against Oakland.

I think that bodes well for his chances to finish with a second career double-double against Rutgers on Saturday afternoon.

We have seen some great performances from Michigan State guards in the past at Madison Square Garden and we'll have to add Fears to the list after he dices up Rutgers' defense to the tune of 11 assists and 11 points. He'll hit a three early on to set the tone and then he'll drive the lane with relative ease and either score at the rim or dish to a wide-open teammate.

We'll be talking about Fears' performance against Rutgers for a while.
