2. Jase Richardson scores 20 in his return
After missing his first game as a Spartan, Jase Richardson is going to return with a vengeance.
The son of Michigan State legend Jason Richardson has been a revelation so far during his true freshman season, averaging 10.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.0 assists while shooting 65 percent from the floor and 54 percent from 3-point range. He's been as good as anyone on the roster through the first eight games of the year, but he missed the North Carolina contest because of an apparent injury he suffered during his career game against Memphis.
But he'll be good to go on Wednesday night, according to Jim Comparoni of SpartanMag.
And he's going to have another career game.
I just don't see Minnesota being able to stop Richardson as he goes off for 20 points. He has posted career-highs in each of his past three outings, scoring 12 against Samford, 13 against Colorado, and 18 on Memphis. It's only right that he makes it four in a row on Wednesday.
