Michigan State vs Iowa live stream: How to watch Big Ten road battle online

After picking up a huge win over No. 17 Indiana on Tuesday night, the Spartans are in a good spot in terms of NCAA Tournament seeding and they have a chance to improve that outlook. Saturday’s Michigan State vs Iowa game is an opportunity to better the seeding outlook in both the NCAA and Big Ten tournaments.

But Iowa won’t be an easy team to beat.

The Hawkeyes are coming off two straight losses to Northwestern and Wisconsin while shooting horribly in both. It feels like they might be due for a hot-shooting game but Michigan State’s stingy defense could make for another long afternoon for Iowa.

Michigan State hasn’t won in Iowa City since 2019 and while the Spartans do have a winning record in Carver-Hawkeye Arena since 2000, it’s been a while since they’ve won there.

Are the Spartans due? Some might say that.

Splitting one of the final two road games would be massive for Michigan State as it gets Ohio State at home to end the season and the Spartans could close Big Ten play with an 11-8 record (doubting the Minnesota game gets made up at this point).
