2. Tyson Walker will score 25

Iowa has one of the worst defenses in the Big Ten and that means guys like Tyson Walker and Jaden Akins are going to have huge games offensively.

I could see Akins building off his big performance at Indiana with a 15-plus point showing against the Hawkeyes while Walker was dealing with a stomach bug on Sunday and only took seven shots but he’ll be hunting for looks on Thursday night. He’ll lead all scorers with 25 points against the Hawkeyes, catching fire early and carrying that to the final buzzer.

Walker will hit a handful of threes to get the crowd going and then he’ll take his defender to the hoop on numerous occasions, finishing with a circus layup that he’s been known to do lately.

The last time Michigan State needed someone to step up at home and become a star against a potent offensive attack (Purdue), Walker was that guy. He’ll do that again against the Hawkeyes.

Walker shoots over 50 percent and finishes with 25 points.
