Michigan State basketball bounced back from an ugly loss to Northwestern by beating No. 8 Wisconsin. Now it looks to continue that play against Illinois.

The Michigan State Spartans have another tough road test on Tuesday night when they travel to Champaign to take on the Fighting Illini. This will be the second straight road Top 25 matchup for the Spartans which will toughen them up before facing Michigan on Saturday.

Illinois is coming off a week where they lost two in a row. They lost to No. 4 Purdue and a pesky Maryland team. The Fighting Illini will are going to be on a revenge tour this week. They will try and slow down the even scoring from this Spartan squad.

Michigan State has had its revenge game. That was on Friday night against Wisconsin. Now the Spartans will look to take another too Big Ten team down and prove they are the best in the conference even if the Illini may be down a star player.
