Michigan State basketball is coming off a 10-day hiatus so it could rest up after a brutal month. The Spartans are back in action on Tuesday night.

Michigan State basketball will be taking the court against the Oakland Grizzlies on Tuesday night. This will be the Spartans’ first game in 10 days. This is a longer pause than normal but with some scheduling challenges, this is just how it turned out.

Even though the Spartans have not played a game they have taken this time to rest up and they have also been using this time to bond as a team, something they have not been able to do with traveling and playing 2-3 times a week.

This annual contest between the two programs will mark the 14th meeting between the two programs. The Spartans have won all of the matchups so far, making them 13-0 against the Grizzlies.

Even though they have won all of the contests so far doesn’t mean these wins have come easy for the Spartans. They have had some very close calls against Oakland in the past but will look to take advantage of their long break and continue their winning streak.

What will we witness in this one?
