2. Gabe Brown catches fire off the bench

Gabe Brown has not been all that great on the road this season. In fact, he’s averaging just 5.2 points while shooting 37 percent from the floor and 31 percent from 3-point range in five road games in 2020-21. That’s not a good sign for the junior wing, but he’ll change that on Saturday afternoon.

Over the past two games, he’s been getting some of his confidence back, averaging 10.5 points and shooting 5-for-9 from deep. He’s shooting just under 50 percent from the floor over the past two games, but he’s still looking more aggressive when he gets the ball.

And that’s all Tom Izzo can ask for.

Brown is big on confidence as we saw last season when he struggled after missing some time with an illness but he’s on the right track currently.

As the sixth man against the Hoosiers, Brown will find some open spots around the perimeter and make Indiana pay. He’ll finish with four 3-pointers in this one and finish with 16 points.
