2. Aaron Henry, Rocket Watts both score 20

Would you believe it if I told you that neither Rocket Watts nor Aaron Henry have scored 20 points in the same game this year? That’s not too crazy of a thought, but before the season, both were supposed to take off and 20-point games from the two were expected to be commonplace. That hasn’t happened yet.

In fact, Watts has just two 20-point games this season with the last coming all the way back in early-December against Detroit Mercy and he’s only scored in double figures twice since then. Henry, on the other hand, scored 20 points against Rutgers two games ago which followed up a season-high 27 he put up against Nebraska. Those are his only 20-point games of the year.

On Thursday night, the two will need to go off with Josh Langford and Gabe Brown both out and we’ll see heavy doses of offense from both.

Henry is going to get hot early on and put the team on his back through the first half, going into the break with 14 points, four rebounds and two steals. Watts will be decent early but get hot late, scoring 13 in the second half with some of his patented step-back threes.

Both will hit the 20-point mark which will be huge for this struggling offense.
