2. Aaron Henry breaks 20 points again

There’s something to be said about gained confidence in college basketball: it’s contagious. Not only can you give it to your teammates easily, but when you catch the confidence yourself, it’s tough to get rid of it. We’re going to see that with Aaron Henry on Tuesday night after scoring a career-high 27 points on 10-of-16 shooting against Nebraska.

Playing Nebraska can get players out of their slumps and Henry may have shaken that dry-spell that he was in thanks to the hot-shooting night where he also looked comfortable driving to the hole again.

Henry finally played like the guy fans expected before the season when he decided to come back for his junior year. He tested the NBA draft waters, got some feedback and now knows what it’s going to take to make it to the league. He needed to work on his jump shot, handles and become a more well-balanced overall player.

He did that against Nebraska.

Rutgers is going to have a tough time slowing Henry down on Tuesday night as he’ll be the driving force for Michigan State momentum. He’ll break 20 points for a second straight game and climb into double-digits for the 10th time in 11 games.
