Michigan State football has had an up and down year this fall. Let’s take a look at who improved the most over the course of the season.

With Spartan football coming to an end this Saturday against Maryland, so why don’t we take a look at who has made some large strides of improvement this fall.

Michigan State has been one of the most inconsistent teams all season long. There have been some good things from the Spartans this season and some bad.

But ultimately, Mel Tucker is in a rebuild and he is doing the best he can with what Mark Dantonio’s regime left behind before he retired. As the season has gone on there has definitely been an improvement in how the Spartans have played.

Plenty of freshmen have made an impact this fall like, Angelo Grose, Ricky White and Jordan Simmons, but I decided to keep this list to returning players only.

Without further ado, allow us to begin.
