1. Michigan State pulls off the upset

I might be a little crazy for saying this, but I’ve believed it for about a whole now: Michigan State is going to upset Indiana. The Hoosiers are riding high right now and they’ve never faced this type of target on their back while also having a game against Ohio State looming.

Indiana is prime for the picking.

Michigan State is coming off a terrible loss to Iowa while the Hoosiers are riding high after handling Michigan in Bloomington, but the Spartans will catch them looking ahead to the Buckeyes next weekend. They might be too busy planning a potential upset of the Buckeyes for a chance to represent the Big Ten East in the conference title game and Michigan State will be that perfect trap.

This year makes no sense, Mel Tucker is great at rallying these Spartans (just look at the Michigan win), Indiana will be looking ahead and Michigan State might be overlooked in this one. All four combine for the perfect recipe for an upset.

Michigan State wins by three for its second ranked win of the year.
