In a dark time for Michigan State football uniforms, we take a look at better days. Today we review the four best Spartan uniforms of all time.

It feels like it’s been forever since Michigan State had a unique football uniform. Well, that’s not true; Michigan State has really unique uniforms right now. So unique that literally everybody, including the Spartans’ own fans, hates them. The only love for these uniforms comes from the fact that MSU had the only strong offensive performance under Mark Dantonio since 2015 while wearing them.

But today, we’re not focusing on the bad uniforms. There’s been enough negativity over the past few months. Today, we’re focusing on the best Michigan State uniforms that have been graced by a Spartan team.

Green and white is a great color combination, leading the way for some  of the best uniforms in college football at certain points. I even think that Michigan State is in the prime of its jersey designs at this moment, excluding the obvious.

Since I’m relatively young, most of these uniforms will be from recent years, but there will be one selection for all the old geezers who figured out how to boot up a computer and make their way to Spartan Avenue.
