The 2020 roster for Michigan State football has some incredible names, but which five stick out as the best? These are some classics.

We’re going on two full months without a single sporting event thanks to the pest that has been COVID-19. It’s been a quiet time for sports fans as the lone sports-related event wasn’t a game but rather the NFL draft.

We saw two Spartans selected in the draft with Josiah Scott going in the fourth round to the Jaguars and Kenny Willekes selected in round seven by the Vikings. A handful of other Spartans were signed as undrafted free agents, but the draft now feels like it was months ago with no sports on the horizon.

Since it’s been a dark time for sports fans, we’ll try to lighten things up.

Have you ever seen the Key & Peele East/West College Bowl names skit? It pokes fun at all the wild and wacky names around college football, and sports in general, so we thought we’d take a stab at ranking Michigan State’s best and most unique names.

I don’t want to hear any “must be a slow sports news day” talk because that’s been every single day since quarantine started. Let’s have some fun.

Which five top the list?
