It is that time of year again. While most of you are ready for the college football season to kick off, others are looking ahead to basketball season.
That’s right the Spartans schedule was just released and they have some great, won’t-want-to-miss non conference games this year. Take a look at Michigan State’s basketball schedule.

This year’s Spartans will be in full force with the return of senior point guard Cassius Winston. Alongside him will be a health Joshua Langford ready to prove his case after suffering a season ending injury late in December of last year. These two will be the go to guys for this squad but not the only players who will make an impact on the floor.
Top-50 recruit Rocket Watts, a combo guard, will be a freshmen who will be looking to battle for quality minutes early on. Another player who could battle for some quality minutes is Marcus Bingham Jr. It appears he has bulked up some from last year and if he worked on his defensive game over the summer then he could have high volume potential to log lots of minutes in the green and white this year.
This could be a special season for Michigan State again, but it must right through a loaded schedule that could see Duke, Kentucky and Kansas in the non-conference.
