1. Mark Dantonio has more bulletin board material to work with

Depending on how Mark Dantonio wants to treat this rivalry moving forward, he likely has a plethora of material to add to the pile.

Players have admitted that during this week, the head coach likes to show his players bulletin board material from over the years, such as the Mike Hart comments back in 2007. Following the loss to Michigan at home — and yes, the Wolverines are the better team — he has plenty of material to use on future classes, such as Chase Winovich’s post-game comments.

Winovich had a heck of a game and he was extremely motivated to continue Michigan’s “revenge tour” and he has every right to talk trash, especially after the last year of MSU doing the same to him.

However, he made a slight mistake in his wording after the game that made some Michigan fans cringe. He used the phrase “little brother” to describe the Spartans and that rattled some cages.

On top of Winovich’s case of verbal diarrhea both in post-game interviews and on social media, Devin Bush stirred the pot and former Michigan players added fuel to the fire — Jourdan Lewis is a prime example.

Michigan State players took notice and some even responded on social media, but Dantonio needs to bottle these materials up until next season for hate week. If he wants, he could have a decade’s worth of bulletin board material stemming from this loss.
