4. Cody White

Last week, I had Cody White as one of my x-factors and I believe he will be a difference-maker again. He would have caught two touchdowns, but one came back due to penalty. He was able to create separation and against this five defensive back look of Arizona State, the Spartans will need him to have another gem of a game.

White is not a burner, though he is fast — maybe more quick than fast. However, he runs excellent routes and in doing so creates separation. He has the length at 6-foot-3 and leaping ability for Michigan State quarterback Brian Lewerke to through it up to him to make a play.

The Spartans will need him to make a lot of plays late Saturday night.
