Michigan State basketball star Jaren Jackson Jr. is turning heads before the 2018 NBA Draft and becoming one of the most coveted players.

Jaren Jackson Jr. is what you’d call a unicorn. He’s a highly-coveted big man who has an elite skill set and is turning heads in his NBA draft workouts.

In fact, Jackson Jr.’s most recent workout may have been his best.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, he had a “monster” workout with the Suns and teams are now looking to trade up in order to draft him.

Sacramento, Atlanta and Memphis will be getting plenty of offers between now and June 21’s NBA draft. His 6-foot-11, 240-pound frame is sought-after, but the fact that he can defend, shoot from mid-range or deep and play with his back to the basket has teams drooling.

Yes, this tweet will likely be met with jokes about Jackson Jr.’s lack of playing time in the biggest game of the 2017-18 season against Syracuse, but he often used the big man as much as he could due to regular foul trouble.

When Jackson Jr. was able to stay on the floor for long stretches, he was nearly unstoppable. He broke the Michigan State single-season record for blocks — actually, he smashed it — and averaged 10.9 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. His numbers don’t truly signify how dominant he was. No one in the country wanted to guard Jackson Jr.
