3. Aaron Burbridge is the best WR in the Big Ten
Aaron Burbridge plays the game of football harder than anyone on the field. The senior receiver proves game in and game out that he’s the best the Big Ten has to offer with his solid blocking downfield, his cut-on-a-dime route-running and his ability to go up and catch anything thrown his way.
The only poor performance I can remember Burbridge having all season long was the game against Maryland a couple of weeks ago when he dropped a touchdown pass and another throw from Connor Cook that would have been a first down.
Other than the couple of drops, Burbridge has been the best in the conference and one of the best receivers in the nation.
While this isn’t news, it’s something that new groups of college football fans learn every week. Watching this kid play is such a treat that it’ll be tough to see him go next year.
On Saturday night, the wide out impressed on his Senior Day, catching six passes for 75 yards and a touchdown, including one of the most amazing scores of the season.
Just watch:
"Morning, @MSU_Football fans! You still marveling over this Aaron Burbridge highlight, too? https://t.co/GGMZxbdLL1 — Michigan St. on BTN (@MichiganStOnBTN) November 29, 2015"
Try telling me he’s not the best receiver in the Big Ten. That’s right, you can’t.
