This will be the first time in program history that the Michigan State Spartans play the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.  The Golden Eagles have already defeated another Big Ten opponent, the Illinois Illini. Michigan State is coming off a three-game series against Austin Peay where they lost the first and last games of the series while winning the middle game. The Michigan State team has a 4.59 team ERA this year, striking out 68 batters in 68.2 innings.

The latest news is that the game has been postponed until 6:30 CST.

As soon as the game starts, and the starting lineup is announced, I will update it here, so please check back!

Unfortunately, the baseball game has been cancelled due to weather. The two teams will play tomorrow.

I will be covering tomorrow’s game, here. Go Green! Go White!
