Local: Central Michigan football beat by Toledo 50-35

Central Michigan football at Toledo – The Chippewas lost a 50-35 heartbreaker at the Glass Bowl on Saturday, as Central Michigan football was unable to play keep up with the Toledo Rockets.

Central Michigan football (2-3, 0-2 MAC) relied on the arm of Ryan Radcliff heavily, as he completed 28 passes for 327 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions.

Running back Zurlon Tipton carried the ball 13 times for 67 yards and a touchdown, and receivers Cody Wilson and Titus Davis reeled in 108 and 97 yards respectively.

Central Michigan football will host Navy at Kelly/Shorts Stadium this coming Friday. The Toledo Rockets (5-1, 3-0 MAC) will play at Rynearson Stadium next Saturday against Eastern Michigan.
