Michigan State football No. 20 in the Week Five AP Top 25 Poll

Michigan State football moved up one spot in the Week Five AP Top 25 Poll, as the Spartans went from being ranked the No. 21 best team in the country up to No. 20. This isn’t a surprise because Michigan State beat Eastern Michigan 23-7, which isn’t an impressive win that deserves much praise by AP voters.

The Spartans are n a great spot to move up in the poll, assuming Michigan State beats No. 14 Ohio State on Saturday. Michigan was dropped out of the AP Top 25 Poll after losing to Notre Dame 13-7. Arizona and UCLA were also tossed from the AP Top 25 Poll this week, too.
