It’s the first Big Ten title for MSU since the 2000 national championship season.

With the win, MSU was given the No. 1 seed in the West Region.

The Spartans got a huge effort Sunday from Brandon Wood, who led the Spartans with 21 points. Derrick Nix also added 10 while Draymond Green had 12 points and nine rebounds.

Not to toot our horn here, but we predicted a 68-65 win. Ok, we’re tooting our horn!

Sparty on. Next up, selection time.
