ESPN's Lunardi says Big Ten winner gets No. 1 seed

If playing for the Big Ten title wasn’t enough, it does appear that today’s game between Michigan State and Ohio State will also be for a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

According to ESPN’s Joe Lunardi, the Spartans-Buckeyes winner will get the No. 1 seed in the West Region. The loser, likely a No. 2 seed in the South or Midwest regions.

Kansas appears to be the team that will lose out and drop to a No. 2.
