Michigan State moves up in polls once again

The Michigan State Spartans inched up the polls one spot this week and are now ranked No. 5 in both the ESPN/USA Today coaches’ poll and The Associated Press poll.

The Spartans (24-5, 13-3 B1G) are two games up on Ohio State and Michigan for the Big Ten title and can clinch the championship outright tomorrow night at No. 18 Indiana.

In total, there are five Big Ten teams ranked this week. They are No. 5 MSU, No. 10/11 Ohio State, No. 13/16 Michigan, No. 14/15 and No. 18/20 Indiana.

Purdue is also receiving votes in the AP poll.
