The Michigan State women’s basketball team is not ranked, but it is in first place in the Big Ten entering today’s matchup with No. 11 Ohio State.
The Spartans (12-5, 4-0) host the Buckeyes (16-1, 3-1) at 4 p.m., a game that will be broadcast on ESPN2.
MSU will lean on Lykendra Johnson if they are going to get a win. In seven games against Ohio State, Johnson has averaged a double-double (14 points and 11 rebounds).
And let’s not forget, Spartan fans, this Spartan team is the defending Big Ten champs, so don’t expect Ohio State to come and walk away with a win.
